Shipping Information: Most orders are shipping (leaving) within 2 business days after order approval. A business day is Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Invalid information provided on checkout (such as an address not listed with your card issuer) may delay your order.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: Orders may be routed electronically within seconds after your enter them and they may not be canceled. If any damages or errors are in your shipment, you agree to contact us within 3 days of delivery with the details. Exchanges with prior Return Authorization only, email us within 5 days of receipt with inquiries about exchanging an unopened product for in-store credit only. No refunds. Authorized exchanges should be shipped insured with tracking as we cannot be responsible for loss or damages on returns. Unauthorized return attempts will not be accepted, return will be the responsibility of the unauthorized shipper.
